Terms of Service

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and session, and all activity performed through your account. Do not share your RuMai credentials, session information, or third-party credentials with anyone else.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, obtain it before using RuMai.

3. The service

RuMai provides score entry, maimai NET import, Best 50 and accolade views, rival groups, user-submitted aliases, generated share images, and related Discord bot features. Imported and calculated results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

Service features, supported regions, catalog data, and storage limits may change without notice. RuMai does not guarantee continuous availability or preservation of any particular data.

4. maimai NET and Aime

NET import and Aime login are optional features. They authenticate with maimai DX NET or related SEGA services and import information to your RuMai account. RuMai is not a SEGA authentication service.

Only submit credentials, cookies, or tokens that belong to you and only through the supported RuMai flows. Never submit another person's credentials. You are responsible for following SEGA and maimai NET rules, and for any risk associated with transferring third-party login information.

5. User content and groups

You retain responsibility for scores, notes, photos, profile information, aliases, group names, and other content you submit. You grant RuMai permission to store and display that content only as needed to operate the features you use.

Group members may see information and rival results shared within their groups. Some Discord commands and generated images may be visible in a Discord channel rather than only to you. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share or that contains someone else's private information.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use RuMai to impersonate another person or access another person's account or data;
• abuse, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls of RuMai or its integrations;
• use automation or scraping in a way that harms the service or violates a third party's rules;
• upload malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights; or
• use the Discord bot or website to harass, spam, or distribute sensitive credentials.

7. Discord and other services

Discord linking and bot commands are subject to Discord's policies and terms. Google sign-in is subject to Google's policies. maimai NET, SEGA, image hosts, email providers, and other integrations are controlled by their respective operators and may change or become unavailable.

8. Suspension and deletion

RuMai may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the available account settings or support channels.

Deletion removes live account data where the relevant feature supports it. Operational logs, support records, backups, or content shared with other users may persist for a period of time. Deletion does not undo copies already downloaded or shared outside RuMai.

Developer

RuMai is developed and maintained as an independent fan project.

9. Disclaimers and liability

RuMai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, RuMai disclaims warranties and responsibility for data accuracy, service interruptions, third-party changes, lost data, or consequences of using imported scores or generated images.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as RuMai changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
